Did you enable the debugging, try logging in as the user before collecting the data? There doesn't seem like enough files in there.
Could you please shut down the Sametime server, delete the Trace directory and start Sametime. Then attempt to log in again and then zip all the files and uploade them again. Make sure you tell us what users name youre trying to log in as and the time in which you tried.
Make sure the VP_TRACE_ALL=1 is in the Sametime.ini under the [DEBUG] section.
